Image Submittal

**THIS IS NOT AN ORDER SUBMITTAL FORM.**

Images MUST be high resolution! 3000px minimum pixels or more please.

To insure high quality results the photo you submit should have a minimum pixel dimensions of 3000 x 3000.  We recommend a professional photographer take the picture or the camera you use be 8 mega pixels or more.

We cannot modify your image. If your image needs editing (cropping, rotating, color correction, etc.) Upon request we can forward your image to a professional photo editor. Expect the cost to be between $50-$100 depending on the desired edit.
